Custom Label First Aid Kits - Ready Label Program - $55 set up fee... pennies per kit!*

The 'ready label' program facilitates the immediate need for custom labels on a large assortment of consumer and industrial first aid kits. The First Aid Kit prices include ‘ready label’ options. We provide pre-designed, full color labels with one or two substantial imprint areas. You may imprint in ONE color on these blank or multi-color labels. The five available imprint colors are red, black, forest green, burgundy or blue.

Which Kits Qualify for Custom "Ready Labels"?

*Can assort units if same size label and design is used on kits.

Artwork Requirements

Camera ready artwork is required in the following formats:

Artwork must be 100% or larger of print size and in black and at least 300 dpi. Please write outside the image colors (PMS, if applicable) you would like to have your label imprinted.
We cannot print shades or screens, just solid colors.
Minimum font size is 6 pts. And minimum line and space width is 1 pt.

Saving your files:
All files must be saved at the minimum 300 dpi. Please save your files as high resolution tif, bmp, pdf, or eps in Illustrator, PhotoShop, FreeHand or Acrobat. Do not send Quark, Word, PageMaker or Excel files. Jpgs can be sent only if they are specifically tif or eps compressed jpgs in high quality compression. Convert all fonts to vector art or include the fonts with your files. Be sure to include any imported high resolution art.

Sending your Mac or PC formatted files:
Always fax, email or send a solid copy so we know what your art should look like when we get your file. You may send them on a CD, floppy disk, 100 mg zip or by email if stuffed or zipped from high resolution files and less than 1 mg. in compressed size.
Please send or fax a black and white printout of your art along with your files. If you would like to have art created for you, please include the copy you want it to read and if possible, a very rough sketch of the placement of the elements.

When emailing your art, save it as specified above. It is preferred that you stuff or zip your files to protect them from damage during transmission. Be sure you send along all pertinent art and fonts. Remember to send a fax or email a .pdf of what your final art looks like.

• Artwork charge (for us to create artwork): $75.00 per hour or part thereof
• Choose from one of five templates available
• Accommodates a one color logo only (black, forest green, burgundy, royal blue)
