Due to our high volume with the shipping companies, our rates have dropped and we are passing the savings on to you.
So while fuel surcharges are rising, and freight companies are gouging... We are passing on greater savings to you!

Unlike most online stores that "pad" their shipping cost, or charge "shipping & handling" we do not. We calculate shipping for your order live, online - to give you the best rates based upon our cost of shipping the product. You get to view the shipping rates and select your shipping choice online at checkout or by Toll Free call if you prefer, before completing order and paying.

In fact, if we have to split the order into multiple shipments, we pick up the extra.

The only time you might pay extra would be special handling, website error, or miscalculation.

Shipping & Return Policies

FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please provide a physical address, or email us for quotes on other shipping methods.

Shipping fees are for Ground delivery to the 48 contiguous US States only.

We offer shipping worldwide, but minimum order quantities apply and rates will vary to other areas. Some of these fees are available through the online checkout process. If you do not find the shipping option you require during the checkout process, please submit your order via Fax using the order form, or call us Toll Free @ 888.228.6694

48 State orders are usually shipped within 1-2 Business Days via FedEx Ground or similar carrier. Delivery guaranteed in 3-14 business days, barring unforeseen circumstances*. In the event of outside circumstances preventing us from maintaining this policy, we will contact you via the email address or telephone number you provide us with your order.

Our standard shipping guarantee is 1-14 business days, as stated above, but most orders ship within 24-48 hours via FedEx ground, thereby arriving MUCH sooner, however, we cannot guarantee anything other than our stated policy of 1-14 business days, unless you pay for Express Shipping. Note: We deliver without a signature requirement to save you money, if you require a signature, an additional fee applies. You must notify us when placing the order that you wish to add the signature required option and fee, or we cannot be responsible for packages left without signature.

International, APO, and other "Special" Deliveries vary - prices quoted in checkout process are approximate, should the carriers assess additional fees, or require additional handling, you may be contacted for additional payment before your order ships. We can not be responsible for any import taxes or duties charged by your government,

Express shipping quoted online is for expedited processing and 3 day shipping (4-5 business days total) where required, If ground shipping will achieve the same result, our order processing may choose to expedite processing, and still ship via Ground if result will be the same.

Depending upon Products ordered and Quantity, your order may ship from - Vancouver, WA - Encinitas, CA - Walnut, CA - Valencia, CA - Phoenix, AZ - Ft. Atkinson, WI - Nashville, TN - Brooklyn, NY - or directly from a supplier.

AED ship time can be up to 30 days.

Overweight fees apply to certain heavy items such as Cold Packs, Eye Wash, Emergency Survival Food, and other extremely heavy items. These overweight fees will be added to product purchase price in your online shopping cart, or will be added to your shipping total if you order by fax or mail.

Customers may request quotes for Express shipping. Express delivery quotes begin the day after order and payment are received.

For a limited time, we are offering FREE SHIPPING for some orders over $499! Overweight and Oversize fees may still apply on some items, but Ground Shipping (1-14 Business/Shipping Days) is FREE on some orders over $499. Call us to see if your order qualifies... most "First Aid" items do. Most Cold Packs, Liquids (Alcohol, Eye Washes, etc), Survival Kits ( Food & Water), do not & Most Manikins do not - these items are just too bulky and heavy - but even these may qualify for Free Shipping in some circumstances. Some special items such as Clearance and Fundraiser First Aid Kits will not qualify for this special, even though light, we are selling at or below cost already, so cannot include free shipping. ~ The margins are just so low, we would be paying you to take them otherwise... Thank you for understanding.

One year limited warranty on all products. Some products have even longer warranties of 2-8 years!

All our items are guaranteed for 12 Month expiration or greater - many items, such as eye wash, cold packs and burn items are good for many years, some items, such as bandages may have no expiration at all. The only possible exceptions to the 12 Month guarantee are sale or clearance items or if specifically noted in the listings.

20% restocking fee on all returns & cancellations; only unopened product accepted for return; all returns must be pre-authorized. Shipping & handling paid by customer each way. Please note that any questions or changes should be called in - once an order is placed online, it automatically enters our supply chain and is allocated, distributed to various warehouses and the handling process begins - after this occurs changes or cancellations may incur the cancellation fee.

If you return an order without pre-authorization, return may be subject to refusal or subject to redirect fee if returned to the incorrect warehouse.

Food, Water, Medical Devices, Videos & Oxygen cannot be returned.

Cancellations must be received before order is processed.

Returns for reasons other than defective merchandise must be approved and returned within 30 days of purchase date. Unauthorized Returns will receive no refund or credit. In some cases, returns may be authorized after 30 days, should the product have a long expiration date and be in a condition in which it may be resold. These returns are only eligible, if approved, for store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse business for any reason.

All offers are only for orders pre-paid with Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or Check. Credit cards & Paypal are charged at the time of order processing - when you approve your final order and click to proceed with payment, your account will be charged immediately for the amount you approve.
